Towards Performance Enhancement of InGaN/GaN LED by Exploring Localized Surface Plasmons
Localized surface plasmon (LSP) effects due to Ag and Ag/SiO2 nanoparticles (NPs) deposited on GaN/InGaN multiple quantum well (MQW) light-emitting diode (LED) structures are studied.
