Events Detection in OTDR data based on a method combining Correlation Matching with STFT

　　This paper proposes a method of detecting and localizing events in optical time-domain reflectometry (OTDR).This method is based on Correlation Matching and Short Time Fourier Transform (STFT),and achieves a higher accuracy and efficiency.
