A novel FBG sensor for low vacuum measurement with enhanced sensitivity

摘要：

　　A simple and novel sensor design based on fiber Bragg grating (FBG) and metal spring arrangement for low vacuum measurement with enhanced sensitivity is proposed and demonstrated.The designed sensor enables an extrinsic measurement of the vacuum present in a glass container.
