An optical fiber hydrogen sensor based on annealing enhanced palladium yttrium alloy nano-film
Pd-Y hydrogen sensitive nano-film was deposited by co-spurting and annealed to improve sensitivity and stability.It was measured by transmission method.Sensitivity of 8 mV was obtained for 1000 ppm of hydrogen in the ambient.
