Ultraviolet and Blue Lights Modulation from Subwavelength GaN Membrane Grating

摘要：

　　Subwavelength GaN grating can serve as an optical resonator and modulate the optical characteristics.The PL experimental results demonstrated the modulation of the ultraviolet and blue range from GaN grating,which is in consistent with both numerical simulation and reflectance mapping measurement.This work opens a promising way to the fabraction of GaN-based ultraviolet laser.
