All-optical XOR logic gate for BPSK signals based on a SOA-MZI wavelength converter

摘要：

　　A novel scheme of all-optical XOR logic gate for BPSK signals based on a SOA-MZI wavelength converter is proposed and studied.The BER measurement on the XOR function shows the feasibility of the proposed scheme.
