Design of Easy-Fabricated Low-Loss Strip-to-Slot Waveguide Mode Converter

摘要：

　　A compact strip-to-slot waveguide mode converter is proposed for the purpose of easy fabrication,whose minimum dimension is as large as 100 nm.A>99%conversion efficiency is achieved with conversion length of<20 μm.
