Broadband Bragg Grating Mirror Based on Circular and Horizontal Slot Silicon Waveguides for TM0 Mode
A circular Bragg grating mirror based on horizontal slot waveguides are proposed for the fundamental TM-mode.3D-FDTD simulation results show that high reflectance of>0.9 and a broad 1 dB-bandwidth of>120 nm can be achieved.
