Spin-dependent polaritonic flip-flop in semiconductor microcavity

摘要：

　　Utilizing the bistability of microcavity polaritons,flip-flop operations are proposed which triggered by the change of pump field.To avoid the negative pulse,a linearly polarized pulse is injected as the reset signal.
