Erbium-doped fiber laser mode-locked with a few-layer MoS2 saturable absorber

摘要：

　　We demonstrate an erbium-doped fiber ring laser passively mode-locked by a CVDgrown few-layer MoS2 saturable absorber.Stable soliton pulses centered at 1570.1 nm with pulse duration of 1.36 ps are achieved.
