A fabrication-tolerant SOI polarization splitter-rotator with cascaded MMI couplers and an assisted bi-level taper

摘要：

　　We propose a fabrication-tolerant SOI polarization splitter-rotator with cascaded MMI couplers and an assisted bi-level taper.The performance remains very stable even for a large deviation of ±50 nm in terms of device sizes.
