Waveguide-integrated Graphene Photodetector with a Bragg Reflector on Silicon

摘要：

　　A silicon-based waveguide-integrated graphene photodetector with an asymmetric metallization scheme is demonstrated.A Bragg reflector is introduced to shorten the length of the light absorption section.High responsivity of~0.2 mA W-1 at 1550nm under zero bias and broadband photoresponse are observed.
