On-chip Optical Interconnects using InGaN Light-Emitting Diodes Integrated with Si-CMOS

　　We propose and design on-chip optical interconnects using InGaN light-emitting diode light source within an integrated process platform with Si-CMOS circuits.The device and system design,simulation,processing,and preliminary results are presented.
