Mode Converter with Polymer Long-Period Waveguide Grating

摘要：

　　We propose a mode converter between the two lowest-order core modes based on a polymer-waveguide long-period grating.Our fabricated device shows a conversion efficiency of 99%at~1550 nm with a thermal tuning sensitivity of~5 nm/℃.
