Analysis on Hypersonic Unsteady Aerodynamics and Dynamic Performance of an Lifting Body Hypersonic Vehicle

  The purpose of this paper is to simulate the unsteady aerodynamics and flight dynamic of an lifting body hypersonic vehicle at hypersonic conditions.The flow simulation use an advanced structured time-accurate Navier-Stokes equation.Dual time-step approach in conjunction with LU-SGS implicit method was utilized.Roe scheme which was in combine with stiff moving grid generation technology was used for spatial discretization.The CFD/RBD coupling algorithms setup the foundation for vehicle dynamic aerodynamic analysis and virtual flight simulation.From the aerodynamic and flight dynamic results,the dynamic stability of the vehicle have been studied.
