A Discussion on the Financing Risks of Domestic Micro Enterprises under the Background of Internet Finance
In the background of the age of big data,Internet finance is pioneering a new prospect for micro enterprises in China.Micro enterprises have accepted the convenient and fast service provided by the Internet finance.However,they are faced with a variety of risks related to the Internet finance.The thesis illustrates the impact of Internet finance on micro enterprises’ financing and analyses the main financing risks micro enterprises faced with,further proposes some suggestions on the basis of risk analysis.The suggestions are aimed to eliminate risks as soon as possible,including improving the system of financial regulations,strengthening the internal control of Internet finance and the construction of micro enterprises’ credit system.Those measures will have a significant role to play in promoting the stable growth of micro enterprises and financial markets.
