Economic Impacts and Risks Prevention of the Internet Financial innovation

　　With the advent of the era of web 3.0,the traditional financial industry and the Internet are integrating,forming a brand-new kind of financial innovation mode -- the Internet finance.Internet finance is increasingly popular along with the rapid development of Internet technology,which is a kind of efficient,convenient and low cost financial innovation based on the application of big data and cloud computation.This article aims to analyze the type of financial innovation model of Internet era,analyze and the impact on economic life of the Internet finance,and propose five risk prevention and control measures of Internet financial innovation.
