Research on Evaluation of the Real Estate Enterprise Financial Performance

摘要：

　　In this paper,we established scientifically the evaluation index system of the real estate enterprise financial performance on the basis of full analysis of the financial characteristics of the real estate enterprise.Based on the Wall scoring way,a empirical analysis of financial performance of 30 listed real estate companies is conducted.
