Research on Financial Risk Assessment and Management of Listed Enterprises--Take Jinjiang Stock as an Example

　　With the continuous development of mark eting economy,a number of uncertainty factors have emerged now.With the constant change of the market economy environment,it’s probable that listed enterprises will be confronted with any financial risk at any time,that is,it requires the listed enterprises to attach much more attention to the financial risk management in various activities.This paper concentrates on the financial risk assessment of listed enterprises.Meanwhile,it takes Jinjiang Stock as an example to not only assess its financial risk but also put forward the financial risk management and preventive measures accordingly.
