Research on The Higher Education Funds Allocation Efficiency Based on The Regional Differences
Rational allocation of higher education funds,is objective request to strengthen the management of education resources in colleges and universities,and an important research topic to education development strategy.This paper starts from the definition of allocation efficiency,and establishes an education funds allocation efficiency evaluation model which reflects the state of pareto optimality and resource migration process based on the thought of capital-output elasticity.It directly measures the universities’ education funds allocation efficiencies based on the different regions which universities are in,and analyzes the influence of the regional differences on the higher education funding allocation efficiency.It greatly enriches the theory of higher education funds allocation and the evaluation method system.It is helpful to improve the optimization study of higher education funds allocation.
