Research Supporting Mechanism in Northwestern University and its Enlightenment on Chinese University

摘要：

　　This paper introduces the resource guarantee system for research management in Northwestern University,which includes financial support,material support,and labor support.Later,this paper analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of Northwestern University’s research management mechanism and makes enlightenment on the construction of operating mechanism for technology management in Chinese research universities.
