Reverse Technology Spillover Effect of Foreign Direct Investment: An Empirical Analysis Based on Inter-provincial Panel Data in China

　　This paper uses inter-provincial panel data model to study the absorptive capacity of reverse technology spillover effect of China’s foreign direct investment.The results show that foreign direct investment does affect the ability to innovate,indicating the existence of adverse spillover effects.The paper also further examines the different effects of adverse spillover effects of different indicators measuring the absorption capacity of foreign investment.
