Effect of Water Quality Purification Flocculation Synthesis and Research
In China with the development of economics,water pollution and treatment was becoming more and more challenge.Lots of water treatment processes have been developed and flocculation was one of the developed techniques.In the flocculation process,the flocculant composition including catalysts and stabilizer agent is the key factor that influences the effect of flocculation.In the current study sodium silicate and calcium was used in the removal of artificial synthetic sewage,dyeing and industrial wastewater.Based on the removal efficiency of chroma,turbidity and COD,the optimized ratio of catalyst/stabilizer and the polymerization ratio was 1.11 and the optimum pH was 8.0 at the room temperature.
