A Boost Converter With a 2.5μA Voltage Detector Designed For Energy-harvesting Duty-cycle Wireless Sensor Node
This paper presents a boost converter designed for energy-harvesting wireless sensor node which works in duty cycle operation.This boost converter is based on charge pump using XFAB 0.35μm process.A 2.5μA voltage detector is used to control the operation of the whole boost converter.Post simulation shows this boost converter can pump output voltage to 2.3V from 0.9V input.
