Study on Process Capability Index of Fuzzy Set Distance Based on Beta Distribution

摘要：

　　This paper focused on the question of measuring process capability index under the Beta distribution. First of all, analyze process capability index under Beta distribution, get the equation of process capability index. Then, in order to know the effects of process capability index on process capability,established the formula ofPC?、PUC? andPKC?. At last, based on bootstrap method and Monte Carlo method, do statistical simulation on estimated value of process capability index.
