Evaluation of transit service quality for urban railway on the basis of AHP--A sample of ZHUHAI station in beginning stage

　　Since the urban railway from GUANGZHOU SOUTH to ZHUHAI station ran less than 3 year,ZHUHAI station had a great number of passengers every day.The transit service is related to passengers convenience and solves traffic problems.The purpose of this research knows passengers satisfaction for transit service quality.AHP is built the hierarchy relationship with factors of transit service quality.Then the weight of every factor is calculated by matrix method.A synthetic model was made to estimate the transit service quality.Findings in research is that interval time of each airport limousine is best,which is followed by waiting time for buying ticket in short-distance bus.However,stopping time in each route in bus will improve in next step.Application AHP into transit service quality helps decision makers make decision of traffic management and creates a good traffic environment.
