Multiaxial low cycle fatigue of nickel base single crystal superalloy
This paper proposes a correlation method of multiaxial low cycle fatigue lives of nickel base single crystal superalloy YH61 at high temperature.The multiaxial data correlated were tension-torsion data with different crystallographic orientation generated using hollow cylinder specimens and tension-tension data generated using cruciform specimens.Anisotropic strain and Mises stress gave a best correlation among the applied strain and stress parameters and the frequency was introduced to evaluate the creep damage during strain hold-times.
