Application of One Ladle Technology between BF and BOF in Shougang Jingtang United Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd

　　This paper presented the application of One Ladle Technology(OLT)between the BF and BOF plant in Shougang Jingtang.By using OLT,the technical and economic indexes related,such as HML(hot metal ladle)running speed,HML lining life,hot metal temperature at KR desulfurization pretreatment station,hot metal desulfurization rate,BF tapping accuracy and BOF charging accuracy,have been improved.Queuing technology was employed to study the HML running problems.The successful application of OLT between BF-BOF in Shougang Jingtang made a typical demonstration to optimize the interface operation between the blast furnace workshop and the steelmaking plant.
