Development and Application of Automatic Steelmaking Technology in WISCO

摘要：

　　This paper describes the introduction,development,optimization and spread of automatic steelmaking technology in WISCO.No.3 steelmaking plant introduced the automatic steelmaking technology and adapted it to the domestic production conditions.The “one-key steelmaking technology was successfully developed.This technology was applied in No.4 steelmaking plant during which the models were further optimized to fulfill the requirement of low-cost steelmaking.This technology was further utilized in No.2 steelmaking plant in which the BOF was equipped without sublance and the capacity was lower than 100 tons.This technology has been successfully applied in several domestic plants and leads the development of automatic steelmaking technology.
