Research and Application of Semi-Steel Process with Fluoride-Free Slag for 300t Combined-Blowing Converter
Through industrial test of semi-steel process with fluorine and fluoride-free slag for 300t combined-blowing converter in Shougang Jingtang,the conditions of fluorine-free slag melting were illustrated theoretically.Compared to two kinds of different slagging process by industrial test,the results showed that combination with slag-leaving,higher gun position,agent addition and reducing the heating speed of molten pool can obtain good effect of slag melting.Fluorine-free process has been realized that cost saving can reach an average of 0.904 million yuan one month.
