New Developed Refractories for High Efficiency Clean Steel Production

摘要：

　　High efficiency production of clean steel and special steel with excellent quality requires improved refractories with no contamination to molten steel,good functional properties and long service life.Several new developed refractories applied for second refining process and for continuous casting,including low/free carbon-containing refractories,low thermal stress new type porous plug,chrome-free magnesia-alumina castable,were introduced.The results of field trial of these improved materials in steel plant were also introduced.
