Real Time In-Situ Neutron Diffraction Study on High Temperature Behaviour of Synthetic BOS Slags
In this work real-time in-situ neutron diffraction of the high temperature behaviour was carried out for the synthetic BOS slags as a function of composition,temperature(up to 1700℃)and time.This paper introduces the specifically-designed experimental setup and procedures,and analysis methods of the neutron diffraction data.The high temperature behaviour,e.g.the phase formation or disappearance on heating or cooling,of the synthetic BOS slags is presented as a function of temperature,composition and time.
