Recycle Technology of Metallurgical Ferruginous Waste Materials in Brief Process
In order to reduce the pressure of blast furnace and protect the environment,the metallurgical ferruginous waste materials in iron and steel making process are reused directly by adding a certain amount of carbon-containing materials or carbon-containing waste and pressing into iron-carbon ball.The reducing reaction of ferric oxide in the iron-carbon ball will be occurred by using the excess heat in ironmaking and steelmaking process.The industrial proving trials with the addition of the metallurgical ferruginous waste materials into converter have been carried on and the average yield reaches 50%.
