Exploration of Laboratory Center Construction and Innovation Ability Cultivation for Track Traffic Industry

　　The cultivation of innovation ability for university students is related to many factors, and among of which the practical teaching is a significant part.This paper, based on the example of large-scale experimental teaching center, explores the approaches of students innovative ability training.The characteristics of railway tracks and transportation experiment center aremore professional sharing and combination of experiment and training, in-class and optional experiments, scientific research and teaching.In the meantime, it can obviously improve the utilization efficiency of experimental facilities and expand students vision, improve students practical ability and comprehensive quality.
