Research on the Construction and Implementation Effect of Process Management for Special Student Groups in Universities-Illustrated by the Example of Northeast Dianli University

　　Along with the further development of Chinese economy and the execution of Higher Education Enrollment Expansion Policy, the number of special students in the universities is becoming more and more.The education and management of special student groups in universities is not only the difficulty and challenge to the education teachers but also an important part of students management.This paper first analyses the various types of psychological and behavior characteristics of special student groups.Then it constructs a process management mode for special student groups.The process management mode includes full participation, comprehensive assistance, whole process tracking and comprehensive improvement.Finally, the paper analyses the implementation effect of process management illustrated by the example of Northeast Dianli University.
