Application of Experience Teaching in Undergraduate Nursing Education

  Reform the traditional undergraduate nursing education model, introduce and investigate application of experiential teaching model in undergraduate nursing education.We used the students of Grade 2011 undergraduate nursing school as the object, and introduced the experiential teaching model into the nursing teaching, adopt a system of multiple teaching and learning experiences, such as case analysis, situational play, target searching, position practice to make a full range of nursing skill training.The survey shows, most students recognized the new teaching method, which has a great advantage especially in conditioning the classroom atmosphere, and stimulate students interest in learning.While 26.4% of the students didnt give a high recognition of the experiential teaching methods enhancing self-learning ability, and even 8% of the students were unfit for self-motion learning before class.Conclusion: the experience teaching can stimulate students interest in learning, cultivate their comprehensive practical ability, help improve the undergraduate nursing teaching effect, and play an important role in promoting teaching reform and training senior nursing talents.
