Study on Status Quo of Amateur Sport Teams in Colleges and Countermeasures Against Restrictive Factors
In order to analyze factors influencing amateur physical exercises and games in colleges and propose countermeasures, the paper adopts methods such as questionnaire, descriptive statistics and so on to analyze status quo of amateur sport teams in colleges.The study results show: main unreasonable phenomena existing in the physical exercise and games include at least: ① Imperfect physical exercise-game systems;② Low work efficiency in couch;③ Utilitarian exercises of athletes;④ Irrational exercise-game mechanism.The paper givers countermeasures including: ① Setting special funds and innovate insurances for athletes;② Perfecting motivation system, building compound athlete teams and improving couches quality;③ Strengthening complex education on athletes and correct the exercise motivation;④ Improving the exercise-game mechanism, deepening and widening depth and extent for talent education in amateur teams.
