Study on Strategies of General College Graduates Employment Promotion

摘要：

　　To change their way of popularization of higher education and society, the promotion of College Students employment ability has become a realistic problem to be solved and theoretical issue.Aiming at the difficult employment situation of university students, analyses the factors that restrict the development of College Students employment ability, from the aspects of College Students employment requirements, achieving the goal of training employment needs of the community and University, the college must training model, teaching system, teaching practice, employment guidance education of talents, reform and innovation, promoting the employment of college students ability.
