Overvoltage Signal Test and Analysis Based on The Failure Mechanism Analysis Platform
Switch on-off operation is a complex physical, chemical, mechanical comprehensive nonlinear process, especially the breaking process contains very rich information, the overvoltage characteristics have the distinctiveness, stability and clear physical meaning.In this paper, a test and analysis module which can extract the overvoltage signal characteristics from the actual measurement is developed based on the failure mechanism analysis platform.Different products and specifications of the switching element is tested, such as, small capacity contactor, composite switch and button.And the measurement uncertainty degree to the source is traced through the type A、 type B and expanded uncertainty analysis, which to verify the overvoltage test platforms ability.The problem of signal extraction and feature analysis of overvoltage is solved, creating a overvoltage analysis module based on the failure mechanism analysis platform to multi angle anatomy the overvoltage signal characteristics by the ways of time domain, frequency domain and harmonic analysis.Through the test to analyze the small capacity DC switching element break overvoltage signals, lay the test and analysis basis for the next step development the inner link between the break overvoltage and the electrical failure mechanism.
