Study on Reliability Improvement of One Type Power Relay

摘要：

　　Relay is a kind of high failure rate of electronic components and results in many low reliability of equipments or systems, which has received extensive attention.To solve this problem, a reliability growth project was carried out based on one power relay.The typical failure mode and failure causes were analyzed first, and then measures of improvement were proposed in terms of parameter, structure and material of the relay respectively.Its indicated by tests and analysis that those measures all could achieve the desired results, which improved relay reliability observably.
