Reliability Design of Intelligent Controller of Circuit Breakers

　　This essay introduces development of intelligent electric appliances related to reliability of circuit breakers, including reliability design of intelligent controllers.Intelligent controller of air circuit breaker is the main object of study in this essay, in which reliability design of software and hardware, as well as controller structure are discussed.Studied aspects include component type selection, process design, thermal design and anti-interference measures;software aspects studied include software filter, entrapping and redundancy design, etc.;structural aspects studied include anti-vibration and heat dissipation design, etc.
