Experimental Research of PWM Time-Shared Control for Intelligent AC Contactor
The PWM time-shared control is proposed to optimize the closing performance.Support vector machine for regression is employed to analyze the inherent influence of PWM duty cycles on end velocity and closing time.Firstly these two parameters are measured by using different groups of PWM duty cycles.The results are divided into training samples and prediction samples.The time-shared model is developed based on the training samples and the control parameters are optimized accordingly.The prediction samples are evaluated by using the model.Comparisons show that the proposed SVR model can predict the inherent relationship between duty cycles, end velocity and closing time properly, which offers the advantage of the design and optimization of the contactor.
