Study on Static Characteristics Simulation and Optimization Technology of Electromagnetic System in Three-phase Magnetic Latching Relay

  As the important part of the three-phase magnetic latching relay, the design of electromagnetic system directly affect the static characteristics of the whole system.In this paper, the finite-element analysis method was proposed to analyse the electromagnetic system in a three-phase magnetic latching relay which was taken as the research object.First of all, the three-dimensional model of electromagnetic system was established using ANSYS software, and the models with variety structure parameters such as the chamfer radius of yokes and the value of air gap were analyzed and simulated to get the values of magnetic torques and magnetic flux linkages linkage, as well as the characteristic curve of the device.Then, to verify whether electromagnetic system design was reasonable by analysing the effect of structure on its static characteristics.Finally, under limited conditions, to optimize the design of the research object according to the results.
