Control Technology of Overload Protection Reliability Test Current for Moulded Case Circuit-Breakers

  In order to solve the long test time and poor dynamic and static quality of current control of overload protection reliability test for moulded case circuit-breakers, a new current control method was proposed.By designing balance resistance circuit to switch on the bypass, multiple samples were tested simultaneously to shorten the test time.Variable universe fractal fuzzy adaptive control method was proposed with the regulator action time as a controlled object, and the control precision was divided into four grades to realize the rapid and accurate control of test current.Whats more, the security of test device was improved by fault self-diagnosis for the open circuit of the current transformer secondary side, which is according to the proportion principle of voltage and current.Field test results show that the variable universe fractal fuzzy control method is superior than the conventional control method, by which the time of regulated current is less than 10s, the control precision achieves ± 0.5%, and response speed and control precision of system are improved effectively.
