Research on the Design of Intelligent Motor Protector
With the wide application of motor, it is very important to ensure the normal operation of motor.In order to improve protection performance of intelligent motor protector.In this paper, symmetrical component method is applied to analyze several kinds of motor failures and the failures protection principle is researched.According to the principle of protection, the hardware system and the software system of intelligent motor protector are designed with the single chip processor PIC as the core.The hardware system is divided into seven parts: power supply module, current and voltage sampling module, display module, keys module, output module and communication module.The software system is designed with the C language, thus all modules can work in coordination with the microcomputer.In addition, the system is optimized to reduce the error of data acquisition and improve the anti-interference ability of the system.The system designed can realize all-sided protection of various failures of motor.
