Study on the Technology of Reliability Growth and Reliability Growth Assessment of Circuit Breaker
Through the analysis of the failure data of the circuit breaker to find out reliability growth factor,which can realize reliability growth.For convenience of analysis of failure data, an AMSAA model for reliability growth test is set up.Some reliability growth test consists of multiple phases.Each stage of the failure data obey Weibull process of different parameters.Multi-stage testing analysis difficulty mainly lies in information transmission modeling between the stages, in other words, how to integrate the testing data of multiple phases, to obtain more accurate reliability estimate at the end phase.So the main content of this topic is how to utilize the growth factor to convert the last stage of the posteriori information to the next phase of priori information,finally a kind of simple reliability comprehensive evaluation method is obtained for circuit breaker,to realize the statistical change about multistage circuit breaker reliability growth test data,and to make credible evaluation results of the reliability level about the current stage.Finally,discussed about the reliability growth evaluation methods of circuit breaker based on AMSAA model in detail.
