Study on Prediction Method of Thermal Cycling Life of Electrical Connectors

摘要：

　　This paper provides a kind of prediction method of thermal cycling life for electrical connectors.First, the accelerated thermal cycling tests were carried out;second, the strain threshold was calculated based on the assumption that the jack of electrical connectors can be regarded as a simply supported beam;finally, the thermal cycling life was predicted by grey model established according to the strain values of jack.
