Study on Electrical Contact Performance of Air Circuit Breaker Terminals in the salt-spray Environment

  This paper aimed to investigate the influence of saltspray experiment to electrical contact performance between circuit breakers main circuit busbar and bridge type contact.Put these samples in different concentration of salt fog to conduct accelerated corrosion test.Whats more, developed equipment that can precede auto-complete texting contact resistance, save and analysis the text data at the same time.The equipment used the four-terminal method and relied on the on-off process of programming control relay to switch detection channel to text the contact voltage drop one after anotber.Focnsed on the test data fitting process and created GM(1,1) model based on the measured data to proceed grey forecast to predict whether the main circuit would invalid within the set lifetime from manufacturers.
