Numerical Simulation for Effect of Stemming in Blasting
Good stemming can improve the utilization ratio of blasting energy reduce explosive consumption.But the importance of stemming is usually neglected in operation.In this article 3 kinds of stemming including of non-stemming,stemming with tamping plug and full charging,were simulated to analyze the blasting effect,by using of the software ANSYS.It is shown that as to the others,blasting with tamping plug can get better result.
