Research on Energy Consumption Characteristics and Energy Density Per Unit Time of Rock Crushing by Impact Load

The HSPB impact test was used to simulate the fragmentation process of rock blasting.Granite, phyllite and magnetite quartzite were selected to be tested by changing the impact velocity.By analyzing the input waves, reflect waves, transmit waves, and the crushing size features of samples, the stress-strain relationships, stresses and strains rates time related features were discussed, and the relation models between coefficient of energy utilization and the degree of crushing,as well as the models between the coefficient and input energy were set up.Based on this, the new concept and expression of energy density per unit time were put forward which can effectively describe the energy output structures and explored a new way to research on explosives and rocks coupling.
